The Exotic Island Getaway Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning and organizing exclusive exotic island vacations for clients seeking unforgettable travel experiences. This position involves meticulous coordination, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury travel to ensure clients have a seamless and exceptional getaway

*Key Responsibilities:**

• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget for their exotic island getaway. Customize vacation packages to meet individual client needs.
• Destination Research: Continuously research and keep abreast of exotic island destinations, including emerging hotspots, luxury resorts, and unique experiences to offer clients the best options.
• Itinerary Design: Develop personalized itineraries that encompass accommodation, transportation, activities, dining options, and special services, ensuring a memorable and stress-free experience for clients.
• Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with luxury resorts, airlines, private transportation providers, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best rates and exclusive perks for clients.
• Budget Management: Create and manage detailed budgets for client vacations, optimizing expenditures to provide exceptional value while maintaining profitability.
• Logistics and Travel Arrangements: Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and special requests, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Concierge Services: Arrange personalized experiences, such as spa treatments, private tours, private chefs, and other bespoke services to exceed client expectations.
• Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits for their selected destinations.
• Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process, addressing any questions, concerns, or changes promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and follow-ups to ensure that all aspects of the getaway are executed flawlessly, and client expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel planning, vacation coordination, or a related field is advantageous.
